Salt Bath Sulfidation Process: >>>>>>>
1. Rubber compounding: Mixing rubber materials with vulcanizing agents to create a homogeneous rubber compound.
2. Extrusion molding: Extruding the compounded rubber compound to form the desired sealing strip.
3. Salt bath vulcanization: Immersing the sealing strip in a molten salt bath for vulcanization.
4. Water washing and cooling: Washing the vulcanized rubber strip in a water tank to remove surface salt.
5. Traction and winding: Finally, cutting and winding the sealing strip.
